I got information in express entry's application that Prince edward Iceland is concerning me for nomination.
For sure this is not guarantee of anything.
In letter it is indicated to contact them directly. On the other hand on their web page it is indicated that applicants should fulfill letter of interest.
What should I do, just Contact them directly on email and ask for further instructions OR I should fulfill letter of interest?
