I need help in the process of filing my student visa for Canada. I have two issues to address.

I have 2 years work experience with 7.0 in IELTS and 75% in B.Tech.

My F1 visa got rejected two years back due to potential immigrant 214(b) and I am separated from my spouse but not yet divorced.

I am not sure how to write about my marital status in the visa form also.

Will these two factors affect my visa procedure in anyway ?
Kindly help me with this situation.

Thank you

A: write: Legally Separated, read guide 5269, it explains all

A: us rejection 214b has nothing to do with Canadian visa, but Canada also asks for linkages to home country, such as property, finances and relationships you have with home country.
