In 2007 me and my mother applied a vist visa for canada and that was refused ,that u will not leave canada at the end....
Now in next week i am going to apply a student visa for canada.Will it affect the student visa,decrease the chances or anything..Please helpp..!!! my file is more than complete everything is ready in it.

I think my consultant will attach sop i dnt knw about it..Should i attach or not..And tell them that refused before a vist visa or hide from them??

sop is must for student visa

let me know if any more questions

u must declare all rejections - false respresentations leads to ban for 1-3 years from Canada so pl be cautious
