I received the IA in April, the letter says "It is essential that we be able to communication with you, you must report change of address..." I moved to US from Canada last year, however, I still use my canada mailing address, and my friend in canada helps me to forward all corresponde to me, the communication is fine.
Meanwhile, I did my medical on July 18th in US, the DMP asked me how long I live in US, I told her, and she wrote down 10 months in US on the medical report, as well, I wrote down my current US living address on the medical report (section A, client identification & summary)
So now my mailing address for communication with immigration office is different as the address on the medical report,
do I need to notify the change of address?
