PLEASE HELP! I do not know what form CIC is requesting

Hi,
I was asked to upload the following from my daughter who is 18:
Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) includind citizenship and resident document information.

She turned 18 three months ago (10 days before my AOR). She has no travell history after 18 (we live in Canada). They do not mention what form number.

I am really confused about what to do with this

Check your application, they may have enabled this for your daughter, this may not need a separate form to be filled up, just a section in the existing application.

They need this form from your daughter.
