Hello everybody!
Me and my wife already have a CSQ and applied to federal stage of the PR within Canada. I just got an email confirmation from the CIC office processing the case (Ottawa) saying that they received my application and that I should now undergo medical examinations.
My questions are:
1. I got a Medical Report with my picture on it as a PDF attachment but did not get my wife's Form
2. Should I wait to get both forms (hard copy) by regular email? It says that I need to take that form with the original seal to the Physician doing the examination so I'm confused now!
I of course tried contacting them by email and phone but can't get answers!!!
Has anyone been in the same situation?
