Please help for second time applicant from Pakistan..........

CHC ISB take 70 days (10 weeks) for processing of study permit.......

If the application of study permit refused and student may reapplied for study permit and justify his self as a bona fide.....

Could again CHC ISB take 70 days (10 weeks) on processing of study permit?
