Please Help!!Completed Masters in 2016 , Applying PGDiploma or Fast-track Degree

hello friends please suggest me i had completed Masters Chemistry in 2016 and having IELTS overall 6 band L-6.5 , W-6 , R-6 , S-6 and now i am planning to apply Pg diploma chemical laboratory analysis in Lambton college so is it okh to apply for this program if i had already completed Masters ??

Also i am planning to choose Environmental Management Fast-Track Degree course which is one years so can you guys give me your expertise suggestion also i am reappearing in IELTS in 2 days again to score more upto 7 or 6.5

Bsc degree - 6.36 out of 10
Msc Degree- 6.22 out of 10
IELTS- overall 6 band L-6.5 , W-6 , R-6 , S-6

Visited Canada on tourist visa in November 2016 returned in 20 days

so please suggest which one will be best for me and what are the chance that i will get visa ??

i have good financial status also

It's not recommended to do diploma after having your Masters already. You should do another masters related to your previous qualifications.

Go.for Masters or Ph.D. dear because you have already completed your masters. Then PG Diploma or Fast-track diploma is not logical progression at all.

I am not getting any response for PGD or even for Masters thats why i am planning for PGD related to my same field
