Please help, can't download part of sponsor spouse outland visa application?

Hi all,

I've noticed on the CIC website - On the page that says "Guide 3900 - Sponsorship of a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child living outside Canada"
When you go to 'Step 2 - Filling out the application' the first form you download which says 'Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking' always comes up with the message 'please wait, if this doesn't load up with the proper contents you must update your adobe'. Does anyone know how to get that form or to contact CIC about the problem? It will let me download the rest of the application, just not that specific form. Are CIC updating their website so you can do the whole form online?

Its a special type of pdf so you need to download a new version of adobe and open the file with that. Dont use your default viewer or an internet page, but only open it with a new version of adobe pdf viewer.same with form imm0008. Its because they need to be filled and validated to produce a series of barcodes.

Use right-click to bring up your context menu, and click "download" or "save link as". Then use a stand alone PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat DC (free).
