PLEASE HELP!!! CAN WE CHANGE UNIVERSITY AFTER APPLYING STUDY PERMIT (BEFORE START OF REVIEW) ?

Hello Folks,

I have received admission from an university and will be applying for study permit (SDS) shortly. I am also expecting admission decision from another university in 2weeks.
If I get admission, can I make changes to the visa application if the review hasn't started? Please advise.
