Hi All,

I have a strange case which I don't understand. If you can offer some advise, it would be much appreciated.
Here is the basic info:

I have 1 Canadian CS degree and 1 US business degree (University).
I worked 3+ years in NOC 1114 outside of Canada.
I worked 1+ year in NOC 2282 within Canada under PGWP (without LMIA ).
My paper based PNP has been in processing for nearly 1 year and still have 1 more year to wait. Ehh
My IELTS score is L=8.8 R=9.0 W=7.0 S=7.5

But when I apply for EE, it still says I only qualify for skilled worker, not Canadian experience.
I have tried submitted 3 EE profile, they are either "ineligible" or "skilled worker".

I am completely lost now.

Thank you.
R.D.

What are the dates of your Canadian work experience?

If your Canadian work experience all falls within the last three years, then you are answering one or more questions incorrectly. Don't create another profile. Find the error in your responses.

Thank you for replying. So My Canadian work experience starting June 2021, and it is continuing now.
How would i find the error in the rejected profile? The letter they sent out offers no clue, Nor does the IRCC website offers any details. I sometime submit profile just to use trial and error to find possible incorrect answer. How would you do it?

Thanks.

Go through all of the questions related to your work experience and read them carefully. That's the best way to find an error. You're misreading at least one question or answering at least one question incorrectly.

I would not recommend just submitting multiple profiles and using trial and error. There's an obvious error somewhere in your answers which you may continue to miss if you just take the trial and error route. Take time, read each question slowly and carefully. And then consider if you have accurately responded to each of those questions.

Did you put all of your Canadian experience under the "Intended Work in Canada"? It should be under the Work History sector.
