I would be really appreciated if anyone could help me for filling out the form(Canada-calss).
It can be really confusing.....

In "Application to sponsor and undertaking",
Section C,
1,
I am a principal applicant and I put my information.
The question is do I need to put my child information who is canadian citizen....?

in the same application,
Section C,
4,
do I need to put my mother, father and bro, sis's information as a non-accompanying family members?

I'm only guessing that NO to both questions but it would be real relief if somebody could agree to them!!!
thank you soooo much

This type of application for permanent residence is to be used by a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who wants to sponsor his/her family members to Canada. Family members that are eligible to be sponsored are the Canadian citizen/PR's spouse, the spouse's dependent children from previous relationships, or the sponsor's extended family, like parents or siblings. Form IMM1344A - Sponsorship & Undertaking - is a sponsor's application form, not an applicant application form. So it's answered from the perspective of the sponsor. So, first, the sponsor's Canadian citizen child does not need to be included as a sponsored family member. But if you (the spouse being sponsored) have children from a previous relationship who are under the age of 22 and not married or in a common-law relationship, they do have to be listed in this section whether they are coming to Canada or not.

As far as parents/siblings: for this form IMM1344EA - where your partner is the sponsor - your parents and siblings are not eligible to be sponsored. Your partner is only eligible to sponsor you, any of your dependent children who are not already Canadian citizens, or his/her own parents or siblings. You will include your parents and siblings on the applicant form IMM5406 (Additional Family Members) so that CIC has information they need about how many family members you might be eligible to sponsor in the future, after you become a PR. But your extended family is not being sponsored now, on this application, so they are not included in any forms except your Additional Family Information form.

Thank you soooo much for getting me back.

Yes, I am the principal applicant and the form IMM1344A is for my partner(my husband).
I was checking his form and so I am, he was confused, too...

The child is born in 2007, Canada(Canadian sitizen) and she is from between my husband and I.
I had been in Canada as a visitor.
and I understood that she doesn't need to be in the application,
"Application to sponsor and undertaking" Section C, Question1.
(...is that correct?)

And also I undersood that my parents and siblings are not including to this application
"Application to sponsor and undertaking" SectionC, Question4.

However, I'm a inland(Canada-class) applicant and there was no questions that I can provide the imformation of my Parents, bro and sis...
that concerns me...
