electronic application??? what is that suppose to mean ??? ??? I never heard that before... well it can take about 2-4 weeks from what i have seen on the forum for the transfer of the file... maybe ask the mp if they know what that means... or does any senior have an idea???

Also i am outside of Canada a the moment and i used a US number to get in touch with the call center in Canada that i found on another thread and it works. 1-613-944-4000

Please note, that is not a US number, it is in Ottawa Canada.
