please guide me ,my husband and I have received update in August 2013 and after 2 months medical check was received,
i am a student and my husband was in another country and we did our medical check individualy ,but the problem is after more than 3 months we have not received the pass request letter yet,and my problem is when i applied for student visa in current country that I am living , MALAYSIA , school filled the form of my student visa as single.I am so worry i am thinking if cic check my back ground may occurs the problem.
do you think is it important issue and they can refuse the case after 3 years waiting.
please help me.
