I can't answer that. Does it ask for them on the application form or guide? If not, then probably, no.

What I know is that if we stay anywhere for more than 6 months then we need the Police Certificate.

Another very good reason for not "misrepresenting"...

u should always carry cancelled passports with u.

Huh! That's the first I heard of that. In my country they usually keep and destroy the old passports unless you request to keep it. If you do, they punch holes through it to make it invalid and you can just stick it in a drawer at home. I have most of mine.

Yes chances of denial are high but not disclosing hiding passport can create trouble later. U did overstay so u need to be responsible for ur actions. There is a slight chance u may get a visa and then u will be in the clear and dont have to worry later.

I was denied entry in to UK twice in 24hr (yeah, I was stupid back then and I guess that technically that is deportation) and I did write that in my study permit application but also said I had since entered UK several times and could prove it. My study permit was approved.

Its true, I was also being told its not mandatory to carry old passports unless said so.

So basically, I can write the in and out dates of UK in Travel History, and it wouldnt be of any problem? rather then hiding?

hello paragon
From wchich country u r applying from and can I have u r mob no. to contact or email id.

thanks

My guy do not mention UK at all if you are interested in going to Canada. Once you do, you may not get the visa. I have guys who were in this position although for other countries, they never mentioned countries where they were denied visas, and today they are all citizens of those countries. I know a guy in Canada now. He was denied by USA, he never mentioned it in the application. He is now studying. Overlook the advice to implicate yourself. Thats just my advice.
Do you know there is a guy who told me his brother always overstay in each trip to UK but always tip them at the airport to back date in his passport that he only stayed for 2 weeks? He has never been caught during the visa renewal.

I am not denied/rejected to any country, I just overstayed in UK. and now I have a new passport. So best is not to mention right ?
