PLEASE GUYS!!!! NEED HELP..!!!

hi,
i had applied for student visa for canada. at that time i had done Diploma in Mechanical & i got rejection with that education for too many backlogs, But then i started Bachelors in mechanical & about to finish without any backlogs & i am thinking to reapply on the basis of my Bachelors.
My Question is that if i apply..will they consider my diploma backlogs?
Please Please Reply me & give me suggestions.

Can you explain use of word 'backlogs' , do you mean gaps in course ? End of day if you complete and graduate from Bachleors course and get the transcripts accredited, plus a course offer from a college/university assuming pass the language requirements then do not see why even need the diploma to apply again once Bachelors degree achieved. This is my personal view.

what i really meant is that i want to reapply for student visa on the basis of my bachelors.....but i went in my bachelors after diploma.
so my question is that will they consider my diploma atkt?
