Hi,

I am EE -FSW candidate.
I have around 10 years of work experience with 3 different employers.
The first employer has denied to provide any additional employment verification letter other than the standard relieving and experience certificate.
The second one might oblige with a customized letter but I have not checked with them.
The last of these is no longer in existence. Hence any additional document is totally out of question.

Should I remove the last experience from my EE but then what will I show for that time period (what was I doing?).

I am really confused. Can someone please guide.

You should just submit a document in the place of the reference document stating that it would be impossible to get the reference document as the company is now defunct.

And for the company that refuses to provide any customized employment verification document, should the existing documents be sufficient in that case?
 
Do whatever you can to get the documentation. Keep the request email and response from employer to show you have tried. For closed business, find anything to document closure, perhaps online or even a picture showing address and new business there. I don't know. Just trying to think of anything I can to show your diligence to meet the requirements. Try to search manager's or other supervisor's names and contact for personal letter of ref and explanation of closure. Good luck.
 
Normal Offer letter and reliving letter from previous company should not be enough? Whether we need to get any additional experience letter?

I thought it was only for the current job
 
You require a letter describing duties and details in full if it is in NOC OAB skill level for which you wish to get points.
 
If you can prove that experienced claimed is not fake , then you are good to go.

You can attach a covering letter with below artifacts :
1. Salary slip / bank statement during the period (bank statement should show salary credited every month)
2.Job offer letter
3.Resignation acceptance letter
4. Relieving letter
5. Additional info like promotion and compensation hike paper.

End of the day , its all about convincing VO that you dint LIE.
