PLEASE GUIDE ME REGARDING MY FILE CLOSE BUT DID NOPT GET LETTER FROM MY CONST..

Please someone guide me... i get 2 know my file is closed from ma consultant and they are not providing us wth the letter CHC send.... I want to know the matter and want to appeal 2 reopen the file please guide me how much time it requires??? Please someone help me.. I need ur help.. My all documents were clear these consultant head office in INDIA and they are saying internally we are deciding is this case for reapply or not thhey are delaying our time i feel?? please guide me how can i re appeal after knowing what are the lacking and i need to know the lacking first and then appeal?? is there any certain time period required for it???

Pls PM to sir Qorax and other senior member of the forum...mate..
Mate if you know your UCI and Application number then you can tell the whole problem direct to CIC and ask them the reason for canceling incase you know your file has already been closed...but mate you can also wait and discuss with your consultant that whats going to be happen with your case cause if cic is asking for Additional documents then Your consultant will not provide it he have to come to you for the updated document...

But My consultant is not giving me Proper answer how come I can trust him more.......!!!!!!!

Nadeem jee .. Do you know your immigration file number ? Did you sign the paid representative form ? If yes then you must have their ICCRC number . Do send a case specific inquiry from the cic's website asking them whether they closed your case or not and does they send any letter regarding this to you representative .. and also notify them about your representative's move in this matter . I hope this could help you a bit ..

You don't need to send anything in DHL .. There is a page from where you can send Case specific inquiry .. https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=london click this link it will direct you to a page and follow the instruction

Actually i already sent an email to them some days back after looking at online e-status but i did not mention my Consultant Move in that that he is not presenting me the letter!!!!
