My Qualification: Bachelors Pharmacy (4yrs) & i have 5 years experience in similar field as a pharmacist.
my wife's real aunt is settled in Alberta, Canada and is national there. In case she or her family sponsors us, will it make a difference in our case for immigration specially in Alberta.

Furthermore, Alberta's immigration is open. Please advise

No. Having a relative in Canada will give you additional points for your initial eligibility (the 67 points required to create an EE profile), but it will not increase your CRS score.

Do you or your spouse have a job offer in Alberta ?
Have you or your spouse graduated from university in Alberta ?
Do you or your spouse have farming experience ? And are you planning to purchase a farm in Alberta ?
If the answer is "no" to all of the above, you are not eligible for Alberta PNP.
