Please for Advice, Refugee - change of status?

Hi,

I'm a refugee claimant who is still waiting for the hearing to be scheduled, (3 years since apply).
I would like to know if there is any possibility for change of status, for example skilled worker, or canadian experience class?
I got my electrical licence here in Canada and I'm working for a company ( 2 years) that is willing to support me in the process,
I would really appreciate any information and help. Thank you

Refugee claimants are not eligible for the Canadian Experience Class. I don't know about skilled worker class. See link below:
