Hello,

My friend is a film director and he just got an opportunity to have a job here in Montreal. He would bring his girlfriend. can you please tell me if she eligible for a work permit ? They both from a visa exempt country. also what are the steps to apply for work permit?

More information is needed. Which country are they from? How old are they?

Have he and his girlfriend lived together for at least one year continuously and if so, can they prove it?
