Please evaluate my profile for MS in cs in canada,

1.BE in cs with 66% from one of the renowned eng college
2. 5 plus years IT Development exp in big MNCs like Hewlett Packard, capgemini
3. can score good in gee and ielts hopefully.

please also suggest me if i have to apply for taught or research based courses.

Or should i apply for immigration rather than studies. I can even give GMAT if that serves the purpose.
