Please clarify PNP for my case, thanks

So I applied under EE with score of 474, hasn't got an ITA yet, while waiting I'm trying to find PNP that may work for me, but can't see anything that I qualify for.
30 yrs old, married, masters in network engineering, clb9 ielts, 3 yrs foreign work experience in NOC 2242, no Canadian exp, no Canadian education.
Please let me know if there's anything out there to get my scores higher or get PNP.
