Please check the address for sending FSW2014 application package is right or not

Hello friends,

I have completed my FSW2014 application package and want to send it now. When I checked at CIC website they have created 3 sample envelope address

1. Regular mail : Category 1 and 2
Phd
2. By courier: Where they have asked to mention category under which you are applying

So, As I am applying for one of the 50 eligible occupation, Can I mention the address as below. ( I have removed Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category from the address ). I am sending it by courier.

I am sending my application package from India and planning to send it by DHL. Will the address change or remain same as you mentioned ?

On CIC website for sending the application package by courier they have mentioned different address.

Anyone who sent it by courier kindly help
