Hello all,

I really hope someone can help. I am getting desparate.

So this is what happened. I am post ITA and had all my information complete. Had moved onto the uploading of documents and had been doing that periodically. I did not access account for a few weeks while I waited to receive various documents. I accessed it a few days ago and was suprised to see that my previously completed sections were now showing 'in progress'. I completed a 'survey' of some sort in the work history.
Now here is the problem. I cannot get past the 'in progress' of my personal activities. I have checked, re-checked, deleted, edited, and started again and still the same problem.
This has really stressed me out. My deadline is in less than 14 days and I cannot believe that after so long and so much work, time, money etc, that a stupid techinical issue might ruin this.
Sorry, I'm just really frustrated right now.
Is there anyone can help? I did see some comments on this on other threads but some did not have answers and others had possible solutions that I have tried.
Desparate for help.

Hi all, Farazafal thank you for your advice. Yes, I have done all of those things, a number of times. I see others have had this issue in the past, so I am guessing that it is a technical issue. It is very frustrating. I am very worried because I have only a short time left and if I miss out getting my application through because of something out of my control...grrrr. It is shocking that they do not have a dedicated team to respond quickly to technical issues. This is literally peoples futures on the line. Really stressed about this. I do thank you for your assistance however. : (
