I filed for resignation this week. My last working day with the company is on June 20. My closed work permit and work visa alredy expire on May 30, 2017. I already got a PPR and did border crossings on 15 may

My employer told me that they will notify CIC And complaint about me
The told me that I would have to leave Canada.

I am waiting for my pr card

Can employers cancel my PR

Please advice.

No - they can't cancel your PR. Ignore them.

Easy, you ignore them. If you've already landed as a PR, there is absolutely nothing they can do.
