Please advise if my cousin in canada (Citizen) can sponsor me?

My cousin (Mother's sister's son) is in Canada (citizen for 20+ years). Can he sponsor me & my wife? My designation "cost controller"/ wife (nurse) is not listed in canada occupational list.

Please advise.

It is unlikely. Having a relative in Canada may give you a few more points for a skilled worker assessment.
