Hi everyone,

Please advice I am applying for PR in Canada and my file is in pool,As my brother is having convocation ceremony in May 2018 and he has sent University invitation letter mentioning mine and my parents name.

We are planning for the same.KIndly advice as I am doubtful.If I apply for tourist visa will it affect my PR application.As I am currently in job and can provide NOC from company.And If unfortunately my tourist visa rejected than will it affect my PR application in any way.Also , I don't have any assets on my name.And I stay with my parents

If you have received an ITA, it is possible you may be refused a TRV if you apply now. However, a TRV refusal will not affect your PR application

You'll need to submit more convincing documents to prove your employment ties than just an NOC. You must be able to demonstrate that you have work and other obligations to return home to
