Dear members

In september 2013 i was granted a multiple entry visa valid to 2017 (s-1) i was supposed to make the trip in september 2013 i had reasons i couldn't make it, now i wonder if i can travel with the stamp i have on passport(visa) in 2014 i contacted CIC that i wanted to change the program of the study, they said they don't know i have to contact the embassy, recently they replied

Please note that we cannot answer or process your query until you provide us with your file number, your complete name as indicated on your passport, your date of birth and your passport number. Please also note you should contact the Universtiy meanwhile to obtain a new acceptance letter.

At the meantime my acceptance letter is being processed, i wonder if i can travel canada with the stamp i have on passport and show the new acceptance letter on boarder at airport.

They finally replied

Regarding below email, you will need to show a letter from the college stating that you are allowed to register one year later.

I'm not sure what they mean by that?
do they want me to re-visit the embassy with a new acceptance ??
or
Renew my old acceptance?
or
Just show a new acceptance on the boarder?
 
I think they simply want a new letter from your college for your new study program.

Your visa is valid which will allow you to enter Canada.

To send to the embassy or just show at airport
 
At Canada Airport they will be asking you on you delay to join this course.

If you have your relevant document with you for the delay to join that course then just show them.

how i should bypass that? reasons for me to miss the 2013 program were related to family issues i had to stay and make it in 2014, also i am changing the program is that ok?

ASAP! Need an advice

I had infected by varicella zoster commonly known as chickenpox one month before our flight schedule which is on May 25, I'm afraid this might give me some problems. I am so confused now, please help me!!!! Thanks!
