Hi,

It does not matter whether you mention your old course or not. Visa officer would know it by going through your previous records.

Good luck.

Hi,

I do not know how to answer you, since I am not in favor of SOP at all. I mean I agree that there is no harm in submitting your SOP, but one must not over rely on it, instead use it just as a supplement.

Just write one page explaining how your MBA degree relates with your proposed course ? (Focus more on this issue since it’s a real contention for you). But I really do not think if your SOP going to make any difference.

I would suggest you to have;

1. Letter of recommendation (You can call it a letter of work experience) on your supervisor’s letter head. (Letter head matters a lot!)
2. Annual ITR
3. Certified Loan
4. Try to focus heavily on “Student Questionnaire Form”. This is the only form which speaks about your background/profile. Keep in mind this one page can make all the difference (Specially in borderline cases)
5. And pray to God….that’s all I can say.

Visa = Academic grades + how competitive was you admission process for your proposed course + Level of establishment + profile…..They treat everyone from Immigration point of view and you have to prove it wrong by working hard on your profile.
