Please advice me

Gave my biometric 1 week ago.

India - SDS.

Application still shows - "We require your fingerprints .. " As if I've not even given my biometrics.

Called the VFS where I gave my biometrics, they said they sent it already.

Emailed delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca

Do I open a webform? I already opened 1 - for another reason.

Am I allowed to open another for this biometric issue?

Do I wait? it's been like 5 days now, no update. I see people on the forum, they got the update the same day or next day.

5days wait isnt long, i guess you got ghost update.. give it time

Then if its not ghost update, then give it time for the system or VO to update. If 90% get it in same day, that makes 10% as alternative hypothesis. Though im not sure how you arrived to 90%... but you can raise webform if you want though my point is how many webform you’ll raise if TAT in your case is somehow not similar than the others

Will wait for another 10-15 days i guess.

I got PPR yesterday but review of eligibility stills shows as "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."
My agent said that everything is delayed hence systems are not updated.

Don't you worry. Biometrics team are super professional. They won't mess with your file.

Okay, do you think I should wait another 10-15 days?
Or should I order GCMS notes
