I am planning to apply for Canadian PR (using OINP to gain additional 600 points in express entry) and need some help to understand the process. I would really appreciate any suggestion. I have gone through the information i came across over cic and ontario's official pages, different blogs and i have few queries.
1. My IELTS score is L-9,R-8,W-7,S-7.5. I have my ECA report (B.Tech). In case of work experience, my total is 8.5 years but
a) One company shut down and for another one i am also not sure. I am losing 1.9 year of experience here. All i have about these two is offer letter and relieving letter (no payslips, no bank statement, no tax data). Also, not able to track previous employees. How can i claim this experience?
2. Can i show 6 year of experience in OINP and express entry forms but still maintain 8.5 year of experience in resume. I understand that one of the documents for OINP is, indeed, resume. What can i do here to get best outcome?
3. Since arranging work related document for said 6 year of experience might take time, i am planning to arrange my previous employment documents beforehand(even before OINP considers my application, so that in given 45 days time i am not waiting for essential documents). My query here- Does issue date on these documents (previous employment) matters?
4. I assume same work experience documents can be used for express entry in case i am able to reserve ITA. Is that right?
5. In my previous employment, I held two job roles. Does the final document need to be made separately for both roles or should i request the employer to include both in one but in detailed sections of their own.
6. What if my manger in above company left? Who should sign the letter as my supervisor (that i can request HR people to get to)
Please provide clarifications. I would really value your useful input.
