Planning to Settle in Burnaby BC - Need info

We are planning to re-locate mid of this year to Burnaby and I have heard a lot about the place. Please suggest some good area good for families with good school.

Also let us know of good rental areas - Townhomes or Apartments to start with.

Also on landing if we can have a furnished place for one month before settling down.

Any other information will be great help.

How many bedrooms are you looking? How much could you afford?

2-3 Bed.. and on rent can be around .. 2000-2400$ per month ..

I will be coming from the bay area.. so can afford similar..
