I am a Mech Engg working in the Gulf Region. I have over one year work experience. I am planning to migrate to Canada (Alberta, Nova Scotia, or British Columbia). I checked out the work assessment tool and fell short of a few points to make it 67. Is it necessary to have an arranged employment to apply to Skilled Worker Program. Because I have colleagues (from other countries) with hardly 14 experience who have already applied for the Canada Immigration Program. Could someone brief me on this?
