Planning to apply..PCC / MED required..

Hi..
I am applying in 0811 category.. only 138 in the category.. though overall cap is nearly 8500.
I will get my IELTS score in hand by end of Feb..
I am getting an overall score of 70..
so i am applying by end of Feb or first week of march..my consultant says i will hve to hurry..
do u think i will make it to the overall cap..
also should i put in PCC and Mdeicals with the aplication or they can b sent latr..
pls guide..

PCC and MR can be sent later.
In case of MR, they will ask for it when time comes.
In case of PCC, u can send along now, but again they might ask for it later, but u have to/ must submit your PCC in the whole process.

i thought of submitting pcc later as i did not want to waswte my precious timecollecting it..
