I'm married for 7 years and I have 3 kids . Last 1 year I am staying separated from my husband . Now I intend to apply for Canadian Immigration in MI-4 which is coming to July 2012 . Now My query is :

1. Which should I tick " Legally Separated " or " Married "
2. If Legally separated then do I need to send my husband's photograph and passport's copy ? And if married and my husband won't accompany me and I cannot have a hand on his passport and photographs what should I do ?
3. If Legally separated which papers I need to send along with my full documents ?
