Places I've lived since I was 18 - 1 month trip counts?

Hello guys, I have a question.

IMM5669 says we need to list place we've lived.

Does it count if I lived for 3 weeks in Greece or 3 weeks in Chicago, etc?

I wrote those in my activities, but I dont know if I should write the address too.

I stayed 5 months in a city, should I write the address there?

A lot depends on the difference between a "visit" and "residing". I wouldn't worry about "visits" but where you have actually been a long term resident, you should include all the details.
