It is to inform you that I recieved a refusal letter along-with my original documents. But it is very strange that the file number starts with letter BXXXXXXXX does not have my case number. However, other detals my name and contacts are same?
What should I do now?
May I contact CIC?

Yes you may and you should .Who knows ,it could be a mistake on part of VO if some of your details are not correct.
