Good afternoon everyone,

My wife and I finally finished filling out every form, printing out insane amounts of documents and are relieved this process is over :D. So we're now putting together our application and preparing it to be sent, we've read about how you never staple or attach items and only use rubber bands to keep items together though we're still a bit uneasy when it comes to putting it in particular order.

I don't know if we have the right idea but we created a cover letter for the application which lists everything in the package, would be it appropriate to put this at the front of the application following the checklist? For supporting documents such as chat logs, pictures, etc do you bind these together with the forms they're in support of or just place them in the package? Also for applicants photos which are tiny, are we able to put them in something so they do not fall out?

We really appreciate everything all of you have helped us with.

Thanks

yes definitely..it is a good idea to enclose a cover letter listing all your supporting documents..we did the same..we put it on top of each part of the application package in addition to their own check list which will make their job easier to find and look for the required supporting documents when needed...

Good luck for your processing !!!

we used file folders for each section. we had one for my sposorship app, one for his application, and then pics in one, supporting docs in another ie marriage cert, police check, medical form, and phone bills and then I had about 4 or 5 with chat logs, we labelled each file with what was contained in each.

Thats just how we did it....
