physical size vs pixel size of pic

I received my AOR was on 1st April.

My pic was 35*45mm but the pixels are 413*531. I read somewhere it has to be 420*540. Will that be a problem?

can it lead to rejection? what should I do?

No, uploading a picture of the wrong size does not lead to rejection.

Worst case scenario they ask for a new one.

Don't worry about it. If CIC needs a new picture, they will contact you. They are not so brutal for pictures as they are with other documentation
