Hi Everyone,

I have a question. I entered Canada on November 20, 2019, as an international student, but I submitted my application on January 22, 2020. Following the submission, I received my brown paper on February 22. I became a protected person on November 15, 2020.

Regarding the calculation of physical presence, between which dates can I count as temporary residence?

1. November 20, 2019 - January 22, 2020
2. November 20, 2019 - February 22, 2020 or should I start the calculation from the date I became a protected person on November 15, 2020?
