Photos with FSW application - Reg

Hi Everybody,

The website ( cic.gc.ca) says that photos are not required to be sent to CIO along with FSW application but to be sent to respective Canadian visa office after approval. So, is it not required to paste the photos in the application?

no photos to sydney. no need to paste any photo in application.
