Photos for PPR or application forms?

Cheers..

Yeah I was confused at first too as Canadian immigration photos are the same as UK passport photos.

I can only assume CIC state immigrations photos are not the same as passport photos because Canadian passport photos are twice as big.

We sent 8 "UK passport" size which conforms with the sizes required in Appendix B

The 8 photos that you have to send with your application forms.
Has anyone sent passport photos and then been asked to send different photos?
Thanks for your replies guys :D

Just take the spec sheet into a local photographers and get them to do the photos.

CIC are very strict about the specifications, especially the PR card photos. Canadian passport photos are a different size to PR photos.

spec sheet being on page 3 of this

The background is different. The UK background is grey for passport photos whereas the specifications for the visa photos state you must have a WHITE background. We got ours done at Jessops - quite pricey but at least it's correct... 8)
