Photos for ALL family members?

Hi all,
I am getting ready to file outland from U.S., my wife and our 2 sons ages 5 and 3 are Canadian citizens. Do I need immigration photos for them all or just me? Thanks for any help you can give!

If they are Canadian citizens they don't need photos, just you.
