photographer for PR card near NJ

hi,

anyone please help me here. i'm living in NJ and i want to know any photographer who does the PR card photo required by VISA office.

i'm going next week so please this is urgent.

Can't you just print the spec from the website, show and instruct the photographer to do the same? This was what I did when I was in China.
