Photocopy Question

For all of our documents (they are in English) I understand that we DO NOT need to have them certified. I just wanted to confirm, can they be in Black & White or do they have to be in color?

Depends on the checklist you are using (which in turn depends on the nationality of the PA). If it says 'photocopy' then it can be a simple, non-certified B&W or Colour copy. It only needs to be certified if they have explicitly stated this.
