Hi

I want to know when we apply to CIC for any kind of application, is it ok for us to provide just a regular photo copy of our valid passport or the photocopy has to have a stamp on it that says "it is certified and true copy"?

Thanks'

Generally for any documents that are not specified "originals" a photocopy is enough. However, a certified copy is always a safer option. Often documents that need to be translated need to be notarised but speaking for myself, I notarised all copies sent in my application. Hope this helps.

A. No one here is cold..we all have busy lives besides this website
B. Follow the guide(s) outlined by CIC re documents, it is not rocket science
C. You could have found the answer within minutes yourself by looking through this board

Don't be a spokes person for other people ... and you certainly do not have to be rude ... If I knew the resources to search I would not even be here ... and just to let you know you were that much of a help .. thank you for being a troll ..

Well, be more specific then..

the internet is full of information about Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, work visas. All have different requirements one can google easily.
