1) Is it OK to take photo copies (wherever asked) in color?


2) Is it OK to notarize photo copies of passport as well?

Photocopies should be photocopies - black and white or gray-scale. Coloured copies may generate some suspicions.

You must notarize the photocopies of your passport.

Doesn't matter whether its black & white or color. Color copies are pretty expensive so better go with B&W copies. Its your personal call.

2) Is it OK to notarize photo copies of passport as well?
Any documents that are not in English or French has to be translated and has to be notarized. If everything in English then no documents has to be notarized including passport copies.
