The photo I got from India does not have stamp on back or date of taken photo.

Nope its not. You have to have stamp on back of photo as a proof that the photo is not 6 months old. What I can suggest is to get new photos with stamp on back of 5 photo and leave 1 totally blank.

Second that.... better get a new set at Walmart or London drugs....

actually that's my family's photes, my husband talked to photogrpher and they said they do not provide stamp on back in india.

I don't think its a problem. We wrote the date with pen at backside of photos
