Photo size of BOWP and TRV

Hi everybody can you please tell me the size of photo for BOWP and TRV?I am about to submit my both applications but confused about the size and is it mandatory to do singnature and stamped from studio.

Cannot answer the signature question as would agree the information is confusing although way I read it not required for a TRV but others will comment on that.
